How To Use Our Products To Keep Your Children In Optimal Health

We have created this Quickstart Guide to assist our customers in selecting the most appropriate products for their children’s health, particularly where there are certain health conditions/concerns that may need to be addressed. Please note that these are only broad product suggestions and should not be taken as conclusive or applicable for every child. Our staff will be delighted to advise you on the most appropriate product for your child after further discussion with you. GENERAL SUPPLEMENTS TO SUPPORT OVERALL HEALTH

Try to achieve 60%-80% of RDI for calcium and magnesium. The rest should come from food sources.

Please note that for short-term natural treatment:

A. Therapeutic dosage for Vitamin C is 50 mg per year of child’s age, twice daily (taking into consideration the dose already found in the multivitamin & antioxidant complexes).

B. Therapeutic dosage for Omega-3 EFAs from fish oils is 1 ml for every 25-30 lbs of body weight. Triple the dosage for the first 3 months, and then revert to this dosage.

C. For EFAs from purely vegetarian sources, therapeutic dosage is 1 teaspoon for children 2 and under, 2 teaspoons for children 3 to 6 and 3 teaspoons for children 7 to 12.
