This is the second part of our Quickstart Guide and is meant to assist our adult customers in selecting the most appropriate products for themselves, particularly where there are certain health conditions/concerns that may need to be addressed. Please note that these are only broad product suggestions and should not be taken as conclusive or applicable for everyone. Our staff will be delighted to advise you on the most appropriate product for you after further discussion with you.
This Quickstart Guide should also not be used in place of proper medical advice from a qualified or licensed health professional.
GENERAL HEALTH
To maintain good health generally, everyone should take:
- A high-potency multivitamin/mineral complex: Nature's Plus Ultra Source of Life/Source of Life/Regeneration or Natrol My Favorite Multiple/Prime for seniors or Life Solutions Liquid Super Multivitamins+Minerals. For pregnant and breastfeeding women, we recommend Nature’s Plus Source of Life Prenatal or Ultra Prenatal.
- Essential fatty acid complex: Nordic Naturals Complete Omega or Spectrum Organic Flaxseed Oil or Natrol Flaxseed Oil (for vegans).
