We wish to inform all our valued customers and clients that, with effect from March 26, the East-West Naturopathic Center will cease to operate. 

Our decision not to continue offering naturopathic consultation at Paragon was made after careful consideration of where our core strengths lay, the current level of demand for such services here in Singapore, the economics of operating a clinic in an expensive Orchard Road shopping mall and our impending relocation.  You see, come the first or second week of May, we will be relocating to #05-31, as part of a move by the shopping mall owners to revamp the entire fifth floor of Paragon.

Should any of you require the services of a healthcare professional, we will be more than happy to recommend you to consult one or more of the practitioners on our preferred panel, which comprises integrative medical doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists, holistic dentists, chiropractors, osteopaths, massage therapists, etc.

Velu, our naturopathic physician, will be moving on to set up a practice on his own.  We wish Velu all the best in his future endeavors and expect hearing more details from him soon regarding where he will be practicing, of which we will be delighted to share with you.

On a slightly more positive note, we are pleased to announce that with effect from March 23, you will be able to purchase many of the most popular products distributed by VitaKids and Pink of Health through our new online store:  www.pinkofhealth.biz.  Shopping for your favorite products couldn’t be more convenient.  Just identify your favorite items, add to your shopping basket, vary the quantities if necessary, and then check out.  You will be prompted to enter your contact/delivery details.  Next, you will be led to the payment gateway which allows you to pay by Visa, Amex, MasterCard or PayPal.  Your data security and privacy are of utmost concern to us and for this reason, we have signed up with PayPal and Globe Charge to ensure that customer’s information and payment details are processed safely and securely.

 If the delivery location is within Singapore, you can choose to pay by SGD check at point of delivery.  Even self pick-up is possible, but only from our Millenia Walk store.  In a few weeks’ time, payment by direct debit from your DBS, UOB, POSB or Citibank account will also be possible, through a tie-up with e-NETS Singapore.

More products will be added on a daily basis to the inventory list so that we can eventually offer up to 90-95% of the retail catalog online.  Due to the large number of products we have, this may take several weeks to materialize.  If there are certain products you would like us to offer online quicker, please drop us a line and we will be happy to oblige.
